Ok, I was doing the review and need help with it. Like for instance, how to caluculate how many calories come from each macromolecule? Is the quiz a notebook quiz or a regular quiz??
ReplyDeleteYou need to be able to multiply by 4 for carbs/protein and by 9 for fat--the numbers are all given to you.
