Pre-AP Ecology Farm Project

Today you recieved your Ecology Farm Project guidlines.

In this project, you and up to two partners will create a LARGE poster comparing an old-fashioned 1800s farm (think Old MacDonald) to a modern industrial farm, that produces only 1 crop (you have already picked your farm organisms, but if you're in a group, you can pick one of your partners').

You will compare everything the farmers do on and to the land, as well as all of the ecological concepts we are learning in class, including but not limited to:

• Biogeochemical Cycles
• Symbiosis interactions
• Food web and energy pyramid
• Disease
• Biodiversity
• Population dynamics
